This brand new, state-of-the-art facility is locally owned and operated with an on-site manager. We offer both climate controlled units and non-climate controlled units. There is a self-service kiosk available for customer convenience. At Morlake Self Storage, we serve business and personal storage needs in the Mooresville and Lake Norman area. We are strategically located just off of I-77 at exit 36 for easy access.

Morlake Self Storage offers large and small units as well as outside parking spaces. We feature a clean, safe environment and a full line of moving supplies.

Operating Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.
